I believe in making life with chronic illness easier — fewer flares, better relationships, more money, authentic and (dare I say it?) fun.
And in daily naps. Definitely naps.
I keep it real. I have a passion for understanding Big Scary Diseases and better living and want to share the strategies I have used to dial my flares to Zero while building a life I barely could have dreamed of before. Seeing people succeed while doing what they love sets my soul on fire. We only have one life to live, I believe in making it count and in chasing healing and happiness with reckless abandon.
At the age of 35, I went through my second near-death experience because of chronic illness. As I recovered, I made the decision to throw out everything I thought I knew about my body (it was broken), my diseases (Endometriosis, unspecified immune dysfunction, antibiotic resistance, perinephritis, PTSD, major depressive disorder), and take the risk of changing my life.
It was a risk, but I was beyond the breaking point.
Death knocking on your door twice in 10 years can be awfully inspirational.
That leap of faith — and some badass healers including Mayo Clinic doctors, executive coaches, sociologists, therapists, naturopaths, and nutrition experts — paid off in so many ways.
I love serving others with chronic illness, pain, and trauma legacies. I focus on teaching you how to rebuild your body, decrease inflammation, and refocus to support healing and recovery while they build businesses to sustain them financially.
Why do I call them OnePercenters? While chronic illness affects 20% of adults in America, a consistent 1% choose to change their destiny from dying slowly to living authentically.
Maybe you haven’t been a OnePercenter til now, but you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired.
If you’re here, I promise you — You Are Ready. Let me stand beside you and guide you through the change.
